Protecting Maryland’s natural resources is one of the our greatest passions. We offer environmental permitting services to take applicants through each stage of the ever-expanding regulatory requirements, whether at the Federal, State, or local levels. We specialize in knowing the regulations inside and out so that we can best advocate for your needs and preferences. Our project designs are property and customer specific, and in addition to the attention to detail for the project at hand, we work with you to consider long term project goals to optimize your budget and to get the most out of the permitting effort.

Chris Moore, our in-house Environmental Planner, will work with you throughout the design and permitting phase to explain the process, answer any questions, and help navigate the complex, overlapping, and often competing regulatory framework. Depending on the scope and scale of the project, our services may also include a more formalized survey of the site or project area, representation before reviewing agencies or boards, or recommendations for highly-qualified preferred partners that can handle any relating work outside of our personal expertise.
