Weems Brothers, Inc. is a third generation family owned and operated construction company. Founded in 1949 by brothers Edmund (Woody) and Robert (Bobby) Weems, our early years consisted of building irrigation ponds and drainage ditches to benefit local farmers under Federal and State grant programs. From there we expanded our services to include road construction, site excavation, and grading. Under the leadership of brothers Steve and Joe Weems we continued to expand our services to include every facet of marine construction, all the while garnering a reputation of knowhow, strong work ethic, and pride-in-work.

Brothers Brandon and Travis Weems are currently responsible for maintaining the high-bar standards set by Woody, Bobby, Steve, and Joe. We make it our mission to improve the Chesapeake Bay’s mid-shore region on land and by water. From design to permitting, to construction, we believe in being detailed oriented, quality-driven, and responsive.
